Clyde Process's database of materials is the most comprehensive resource in the industry but it is continually evolving and is central to the continued success of Clyde Proces and to the success of our customers. The practical experience of testing is invaluable in determining the most effective methods of conveying and injecting new materials and details of every new test are added to the database. The Clyde Process Test House contains one of the most advanced conveying pipework infrastructures in the industry and has the ability to transfer material over the distance of one mile and can therefore accurately replicate the site conditions of many 'real' environments. The Clyde Process Test House contains detailed test rigs using both Lean Phase and Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying systems as well as a continuous Injection System and has been used to transport and inject some abrasive materials such as desulphogypsum (DSG), copper concentrate and heat resistant accelerators (HRA). The test work carried out on these types of materials has led to the creation of new and exciting technologies for Clyde.
