He has worked with Bro... ker-Dealers, Independent Investment Advisors, Custodians, Wrap Account Platforms, TAMPs, TPAs and Banks. Brian began his career with Hughes Aircraft Corporation in 1989. Over the course of his career he has worked with a variety of companies including LPL Financial, Merrill Lynch, Nationsbank, Fifth Third Bank, First Union, and Mercer Consulting. He has successfully responded to SEC, FINRA, and NC Secretary of State Audits and has served as the CFO for three broker dealers and four investment advisor firms. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The University of South Carolina and was a Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society Graduate in 1988.
