The Clipper Group, Inc., formerly a NH Corporation, has closed. The time had come, especially with the youngest of the remaining Clipper analysts being in their seventies and each having decided that it was time to retire to pursue their own interests. In our 28 years in business, we worked with many clients and vendors and our reports were read by... thousands of readers worldwide. I sincerely want to thank them all for joining us on our journey across a most interesting period of IT space and time. More importantly, I want to thank all of the principals, employees and contributors who joined the Clipper crew and made it all happen. I think of you often. It was a great ride. What started out to be a "short-term filler" for me between jobs ended up consuming 60% of my career and became my second and most significant entrepreneurial undertaking.
