Dr. Harper's education includes honor studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Houston College of Optometry. She has been in practice since 1993. She is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, having served as the president of the Wisconsin Optometric Association in 2007.
