Classic Construction was established in 1984. In the early years the company's work focused on residential and commercial concrete construction, doing business as a subcontractor for home builders and general contractors. In 1991 the company added the company's excavating and a sewer and water division. In 1995 the company added general contracting... of commercial projects to the company's services performed. Classic Construction, Inc. is proud to be celebrating the company's 26th Anniversary this year. A large number of the company's employees have been with the company from the start of the company's company. The company is proud to have them on the company's team with their years of experience. On most commercial projects the company is involved in all aspects of construction, starting with conceptual planning and design stages, City submittals and approvals, and Civil and Architectural design. The company take on a wide variety of projects from working on single suite build-outs or remodels to constructing 68,876 sq. ft. Ice Arenas. No project is too large or too small for the company's company. Classic Construction, Inc.'s project personnel includes, Curt Strandlund, Owner, who is very involved with overseeing every project; Rudolph Breitzmann as Project Manger/Field Supervisor, he has been with the company's company for 18 years and oversees a majority of the company's projects and is onsite at all times; Diane Leverentz is another one of the company's Project Mangers who works with building owners and designers on all building details and scheduling of the subcontractors; Marvin Limanen is the company's Estimator and has been with the company's company 22 years; Kristin Erickson is the company's Project Assistant and deals with the Proposals, Invoices and Change Orders in the company's office.
