Founded in 2000, the CK Group is a fast growing, dynamic plastic recycling company and is the market leader in the collection of waste plastic for recycling and the distribution of plastic regrind. The group comprises: ck divisions Collectively we are one of the largest buyers and sellers of recycled plastic and regrind which we source from UK and... Irish based plastics recycling companies, waste management companies or directly from manufacturers and retailers who produce large quantities of plastic. The plastic we buy for recycling is either processed into regrind or compound using our own UK processing facilities located in Lincolnshire and Melrose in Scotland, or our network of recycling partners. We then facilitate the sale of this high quality regrind or plastic compound to an extensive network of purchasers, which are mainly compounders, injection moulding companies and other plastics manufacturers located across the UK, Europe and Asia. CK Hong Kong operates from offices in Kowloon, Hong Kong and source recycled plastic materials on a global basis, for sale to its customer base in Asia and the Far East. CK Services is a complementary division, which works with local authorities, bin manufacturers and waste management companies to deliver wheeled bins, kerbside boxes and food caddies to hundreds of thousands of households across the UK. It then also collects the wheeled bins at the end of life for recycling. At the core of the CK Group business proposition is a commitment to operate ethically and to a consistently high standard. Everything that is processed through Binbrook or Melrose is rigorously tested to ensure the resultant regrind and compound will perform as promised, with the minimum of machine adjustments during the end product manufacturing process.
