Heading CK Consultants as its Chief Catalyst is T Chendil Kumar (CK). A Civil Engineer by training and a trainer by choice, CK brings over 20 years of experience in industrial marketing. His honed his facilitation skills while working in unison with his friend and mentor, Dr DVR Seshadri, a renowned faculty member at the Indian Institute of Managem... ent (IIM), Bangalore. CK works extensively with Asias largest software organization, Tata Consultancy Services. Over the past four years, he has customized programs on Leadership Communication, Assertiveness, Persuasion and Negotiation for their managers across the globe from Singapore to New York attracting excellent feedback. He also provides ongoing partnership to many FORTUNE 100 organisations . CK is a member of the guest faculty at IIMB, taking regular Management Development Programs (MDP) and open workshops. He is an Adjunct Faculty at his Alma Mater MIT Manipal in the department of Continuing Education and regularly conducts workshops for students and faculty on Business Communication. CK is also a much sought-after public speaker, regularly addressing various forums on topics ranging from Humor in Communication to Becoming Emotionally Intelligent. He maintains his sanity because of his sense of humor, thanks to a generous dose of Asterix Comics and PG Wodehouse.
