About Cjoj
CCA, LLC is proud to announce that we have obtained the assets of CJOJ, LLC. The predecessor of CJOJ, LLC was established in 1935 by Charles J. Osborne, SR., R.L.S. C. James Osborne, Jr. R.L.S. took over the ownership of his father's business in 1968, later renaming it CJOJ, LLC. It was always a privately owned surveying company that provided a personal touch to their clients. CCA, LLC has also been providing the same personal touch for their clients. Jim Osborne's son, CJ Osborne III, has been employed by CCA, LLC for several years and is our Director of Surveys. As Jim always said, as well as CCA, the door is always open and we are here to help you with all of your SURVEYING and now also your ENGINEERING needs. We will walk you through the entire process of obtaining the surveying and engineering services you may need to bring your project to fruition and make sure that you are completely satisfied.
