From 1997-2011, Circle R Ranch was operated by Managing Partners Steven and Wendy Foster, the first husband-and-wife business team to achieve the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. Under their leadership, Circle R Ranch emerged as a nationally recognized special event venue, earning more than 15 top industry awards. In 2012, a new management team took the reins at Circle R Ranch. Jason and Hillary Roberts have been a vital part of the Circle R Ranch Family since 1997, serving in various leadership roles in sales, operations and event production during the years Circle R Ranch became a nationally recognized special event venue. In 2013, Jason and Hillary created Genuine Texas Hospitality, LLC as the new operating company for Circle R Ranch.
