Cipher Games & Comics can ship anywhere in the world. We accept check, money order, Discover, Master Card or Visa. All International orders must be over $100.00 US. This is because of the extra steps involved with customs and exact shipping charges. Payment must be made in U.S. funds only. All orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Fed EX, UPS are available at a greater cost. During the Holiday Season we can ship airmail if you wish and we will bill you at actual postage cost.
