When an owner brings a horse to me to sell, I work to continue the horse's educational pro... cess in order to enhance marketability. One of my strengths when marketing horses is working diligently to match a horse and rider for a successful winning team. It is very important to recognize rider strengths and weaknesses. It is then I can match those abilities to a horse which possesses the personality and training level which will help increase the rider's confidence and be a partner in reaching the rider's goals. As an example, I would not match a sensitive horse with an aggressive rider. Conversely, a passive rider would not benefit from a lazy horse. I endeavor to teach my students to be true horsemen.
