Prior to founding Ciesco, Chris was as Chief Operating Officer of Europe, Middle East & Africa for McCann WorldGroup, the worlds largest marketing communications company, and also the groups Global Head of M&A. Before that he was based in New York where he managed the North American Operations of the largest global media agency network, Initiative Media. Chris has also held regional board level positions across numerous countries including international operations of Foote Cone & Belding (FCB) and Bozell Worldwide. He has worked with some of the Worlds leading global brands across several verticals including auto groups DaimlerChrysler and General Motors to technology giants, Samsung and Microsoft. Zoja leads Ciescos activities in the German market. Zoja has held senior level positions within the industry across Advertising and Media, most recently he was the Group CEO of Dentsu Aegis Group Germany. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President Content Marketing at _wige Media AG, a technology and media company, where he was responsible for digital strategy and transformation management.
