Choose Growth

We call those we serve "Partners," signifying a relationship that extends beyond a typical service company. We're supporting our Partners in innovative ways - creating powerful co-branding opportunities, cloud based distribution and gamification. We help them put their brilliance into learning modules with the right mix of text, video and user inte... raction that makes learning fun and effective within their brand, in an online university, and through mobile applications. Together, we are bringing access to incredible learning and training tools to people all over the world. This scales our Partners impact and revenue far beyond their direct efforts, enabling them to create an ongoing legacy built from personal connections with every user. Our business model was formed through many iterations of what would make sense for our company and our Partners. Throughout 2012, Chris Behnke and I showed up every day to a small shared work space to get it just right, and we launched in March of 2013 with a small group of Partners. That June, we discovered an incredible studio space in Portland's Pearl District that gave us an open floor for fostering creative collaboration within our culture, allowing us to grow to 12 employees. We started slow, to learn and watch our model come to life. We grew to 12 Partners over the next 9 months while building our creative team. In the summer of 2013, we expanded our leadership team to further grow the company by adding Robert Ricciardelli as Ambassador of Media and Relationships. We've since leaped forward to 33 Partners and are trending to surpass 100 Partners by the end of 2014. We recently experienced a company valuation of $3.8m, which we believe will rapidly surge alongside the eLearning industry that is expected to exceed $112b by 2015.
