We, Chip-Makers Tooling Supply, Inc., are a major supplier of machines and parts to the food industry. Our roots date back to 1959 when Howard Smith opened his first tool and die shop at the same address in Whittier, California where we are located today. At first, he was making parts for the oil drilling industry. Soon, Howard found himself buildi... ng parts and machines for food processing. This led to the creation of Paragon Machine and Tool Co. which is well known to this day for its high-end food machinery. In 1990, Chip-Makers Tooling was established by Stephen Smith, Howard's son, for the purpose of manufacturing plastic, aluminum/bronze and stainless steel roll-dies. Stephen was a pioneer and a major force in the development of plastic cutters for the food industry. Chip-Makers' reputation rapidly spread by word of mouth around the world, attracting customers who appreciated our high quality and quick response. Today, Chip-Makers Tooling Supply, Inc. supplies large, medium and small companies around the globe. We ship to Asia, South America, The Middle East, Europe, Australia, the Pacific, Canada, Mexico and all over the U.S.A. We are involved in design, engineering, and manufacturing of highly complex machines and processes.
