Children's Therapy Services was founded on the desire to provide the highest standard of care to pediatric populations, by providing a multi-disciplinary team approach to support children and their families with highly competent, ethical, and caring professionals. As a group and individually, Children's Therapy Services' providers are dedicated to... the children and families they serve, striving to foster collaboration with families and provide the tools to enable families to support their child's development. Children's Therapy Services was designed to incorporate a group of therapists and teachers, with vast and varied experiences in a range of specialties, to provide a resource for both families and providers. Children's Therapy Services offers enhanced mentorship and peer collaboration to foster professional growth. Children's Therapy Services was established, with these principles in mind, in 2008 by Deborah Ott, a Physical Therapist, Susie Probasco, an Occupational Therapist, and Karen Caisse, a Speech/Language Pathologist. All three have spent their careers working with children in a variety of settings, including hospitals, Early Intervention, pre-school, and school-based. Those experiences and a shared philosophy led to the creation of Children's Therapy Services.
