We are community members, organizations, teachers, medical providers, and families working together to help kids be healthy in Nebraska. On this site you can find tips, activitie... s, resources and more to practice 5-4-3-2-1 Go!®. We also support several local communities in hosting their own 5-4-3-2-1 Go!® campaigns Check out Go! Getters for a local campaign near you. Visit the Get Go!-ing section for free, downloadable resources focused on helping kids in kindergarten through 5th grade learn and practice 5-4-3-2-1 Go!®. We want to make sure that everywhere kids are, they can learn about how to be healthy and can make easy, healthy choices. In some communities there are additional toolkits, giveaways, games and more available. The Wellbeing Partners and CHI Health worked together to create this short webinar introducing the 5-4-3-2-1 Go!® School Toolkit, which is a curriculum tool to teach children about making healthier choices using the countdown. The webinar explains the 5-4-3-2-1 Go!® School Toolkit and how it can be implemented easily into youth programing. To gain access to the School Toolkit, please watch the webinar below and fill out the Interest Form . The Wellbeing Partners will then provide the 5-4-3-2-1 Go!® School Toolkit via email and offer technical assistance by phone and email during implementation.
