Cherokee Speedway will return to racing Saturday August 1st as the Speedway will host the annual "Stick Elliott Memorial" with the return of the Carolina Super Late Model Series paying $4,000 to win. The race program will include the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series ($4,000), Super Sportsman, CUSA Street Stock, Stock 4, Extreme 4, Thunder Bom... ber, and 602 Open Wheel Modified. Gates will open at 4:30 PM with drivers meeting at 7:00 PM and on track action to follow. Grandstand admission will be $20. Pit admission will be $35. Cherokee Speedway will return to racing Saturday July 25th. The race program will include Super Late Model ($3,000), 604 Crate Late Model, Super Sportsman, Stock 4, Extreme 4, Young Guns, and Thunder Bomber. Gates will open at 4:30 PM with drivers meeting at 7:00 PM and on track action to follow. Grandstand admission will be $15. Pit admission will be $30. Thursday July 16th program will include open practice for all divisions. Gates will open at 5:00 PM with practice from 7:00 PM -10:00 PM. Grandstand admission will be Free. Pit admission will be $20. Friday July 17th program will include Teach, Qualifying, and Heats for Street Stocks along with racing in 604 Crate Late Model ($1,000), Extreme 4 ($300), and Thunder Bomber ($400). Gates will open at 4:00 PM with drivers meeting at 7:00 PM and on track action to follow. Grandstand admission will be $13. Pit admission will be $25. Ages 10 and under Free. Saturday July 18th program will include Fast Dash, B Mains, and A Feature for Street Stocks ($5,000 / 40 Laps), Thunder Series Late Models ($2,000), Stock 4 ($800), Extreme 4 ($800), and Thunder Bomber ($800).
