He joined his father at Chernoff Sales in 1981, eventually taking control of the business, where he continues to oversee the daily operations of the company. Michael Turetzky grew up in New York. He moved to Florida in 1985 and joined Chernoff Sales. He has been a driving force in the growth of the company's company from Sales to Management. Michael has been an active member in the Industry, serving as President of MAFSI from 2010 to 2012. Barrie Spear grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He moved to Florida in 1977, at which time he started his Foodservice Equipment Career with American Food Equipment. Eventually finding his way to Chernoff Sales 1989. Ron Reding grew up on a farm in Algona, Iowa, where he went on to graduate from The University of Iowa. In 1981, he moved to Florida and started his career with Maytag, selling nationwide.
