Chef Scharol has over 45 years of cooking experience for professional organizations and individual clients. Her passions in life are cooking and teaching. She enjoys working with her clients in a private setting and teaching cooking techniques for healthy and organic lifestyles. She completed her education at the California Culinary Academy in San... Francisco in 2011, and is also a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Program, and has participated in continuing cooking education in Spanish, Chinese, Italian, French and international cuisine. In addition, Chef Scharol is trained in classical knife skills, and traditional French cooking methods. She is ServeSafe Certified in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and skilled at time management and organization. Her understanding and hands-on training of regional dishes and global ingredients bring a flair and excitement to her cooking lessons for her students. Prior to developing her own business, Chef Scharol taught culinary classes to Sequoia High School students.
