Established in 1991. Fresh homemade cheesecakes in a variety of flavors with special flavors during holiday seasons. We offer ten different fresh, made to order salads that seem to be more popular then the cheesecake! We also have many sandwiches to choose from, burgers, pastas, and seafood. Cheesecakes Unlimited started out as just baking cheeseca... kes for local restaurants in Redding. To our surprise, the cheesecakes were very popular, so we decided to open up a little place; make cheesecakes and offer a few salads and sandwiches. We first opened in a little shop downtown, next to Maxwell's, with only twelve tables! We then moved into the old Maxwell's building to expand our business because we were booming. In 2004, we decided to expand our business more and open a second location across town. This location was open night time and weekends, as our downtown location was only open week days for lunch. In 2008, our downtown location closed and we only had our one location on Cypress Ave. In 2013, we moved back to our downtown roots at the Old Pine Street School and couldn't be happier.
