We have extensive experience of the lettings sector. We understand what landlords, tenants, agents and relocation agents expect from an inventory clerk. We act for institutional, property investme... nt, private landlords, and international relocation agencies. We have professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our reports are independent of landlord and tenant. They are prepared in accordance with the Association of independent Inventory Clerks Code of Practice. we provide detailed and user friendly inventory reports which include digital image photographs where necessary, which can prove to be invaluable in the event of a dilapidations claim We have a fully trained fast reliable team organised and coordinated by a central office. we cover London and the Greater London area (usually anywhere within the M25). Our team are on call throughout the London and home counties area. This means we can accept instructions at short notice and over a wide geographical area. We accept bookings for Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. We have a separate word processing team who will turn round a report within 24 hours of inspection. We also provide a dilapidations advisory service. This means we can negotiate the dilapidations on behalf of either a tenant or landlord at the end of the tenancy.
