When we began, we could have taken the usual route and recruited dental restoration technicians trained at some of the nation's top tech schools. Instead, we decided to hire a select group of artists and conduct intensive, hands-on training inside our state-of-the-art facility. Artists are highly adept at color perception, working with form, and visualizing exactly how a prosthetic would function in the mouth. By customizing our training to match each artists skills, we ensure that our restorative technicians have the best education available, which means doctors and their patients always get the perfect results theyre hoping for.
