Chambon Electric is a family run electrical contracting business. The company was started back in 1956 and has been growing ever since then. Back in the beginning it was just Jean Chambon Sr. and his partner Harry Mayes. They hired on Joe and Bob to assist with the ever increasing work load. Today we are proud to say that Bob has celebrated his 43r... d anniversary with us. We pay our deepest respects to Jean Chambon Sr. who passed away on Mothers' Day, 2013. He will live on in the hearts of everyone who worked for him. A great man who touched the lives of so many. February 27, 2011, after 39 years of service we lost our dear friend Joe Murrow who passed away suddenly. As we celebrate our 59th year in business, we would like to thank both our crew and customers for helping us reach this momentous occasion. Our crew is comprised of men and women who on average have been with us for 17 years. It is this type of devotion and caring that we look for in an employee. Today the Chambon Electric family has grown to 18 such like minded people. Because of these dedicated workers our customers can safely feel that their projects and emergencies will be taken care of as if they too were a part of the family. At Chambon Electric we take safety seriously. All of our employees are given company and facility specific training in safe working procedures. We hold monthly meetings to insure our employees are trained and prepared for all safety related issues. We pride ourselves on safe housekeeping practices. We feel that a protected and collected worksite is both a safe and productive worksite. We are NJ licensed #2030, bonded and Insured.
