We're infuriated by the apathy the company often see in the current care system and were on a mission to change that by offering solutions and advice when no one else will. The company got into this business to help patients by helping the doctors that help them. At this point, weve been in it long enough to have grown disenchanted with the current standard of care. That is: too many practitioners dont do anything more than they have to. They look for a diagnosis. If they find one, they name it and send the patient on their way with some boilerplate advice. If they dont, they shrug and refer them to another specialist. Because of this, many patients dont get actual help for their condition.
