She has over 25 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry. What's different about CGX Training? Every day, clinical trial professionals must deal with issues around patient safety. They must manage the integrity of clinical data and ensure compliance with regulations and processes. It's a highly complex environment, with little or no room for error. A Clinical Research Associate is the eyes and ears of the organisation. It's their job to ensure the trial is conducted properly. They must ensure that regulations are followed, that patients are safe and that their rights and well-being are not in any way compromised. It's also their job to ensure that the data output from their trial is credible. With such responsibilities, it's easy to appreciate the need, not only for training in the theory of clinical trials, but also the practice and practical application of the theory in the complex day-to-day scenario.
