CFO On-Demand was founded by Mitchell Rubin in 2002. Mitch's career began in Public Accounting with a regional CPA firm in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, where he achieved Partner status in only four years. Since leaving public accounting to pursue a career in business, he has both consulted for and held senior financial management positions including... CFO and COO for both publicly held and privately owned companies representing a diversified group of industries. Having spent much of his career with early stage and high growth, entrepreneurial companies, Mitch not only understands, but has experienced the challenges faced by business owners and management at the every stage of a company's life cycle. As a result, we approach all assignments not from the perspective of the outsider, but as a key member of the company's management team. In addition to his position as a CFO, Mitch has been a leader in manufacturing, operations and logistics. He helped pioneer television marketing in Europe by establishing the first Pan European distribution network including telemarketing, warehousing, payment processing and distribution for direct to consumer marketing when this industry was in its infancy. He has also been responsible for, and overseen consumer electronics and housewares manufacturing operations in Shenzhen, China, Malaysia and South Korea. Mitch graduated Drexel University with honors and is currently a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania.
