Sho.deA is the architectural practice founded in Milan in 2016 by architects Alessandro Nicolai and Giulio Scarlata. The objective of Sho.deA’s is to cover all the essential activities starting from the design to the opening of successful retail spaces in Italy and all over the world. We have been working with retail companies for more than 20 year... s to support them developing their network and to strengthen their significance in the market. We are an external «Store Development Office» strongly integrated in the companies business model and organization, in order to support them in the opening process. We take care of project design, executive project, time reduction, cost control and project management. We guarantee our skills and support in terms of the selection of the best locations, concept design, space planning and project development. Besides, we take care of permits and authorizations with local authorities, tenders amongst suppliers, site and project management and maintenance planning. Considering our broad knowledge of local and international furniture suppliers and general contractors including the Europen, Asian and Middle East markets, we can help you with quick and qualified openings in Italy and all over the world.
