About Center for Positive Changes
Center for Positive Changes (CFPC) is a non-profit agency founded in 1999 dedicated to providing effective, quality treatment within our practice, to our clients, who include both the children in residential therapy at CFPC and their families. Most of the young men and women who enter our program are between the ages of 12 and 18 and have either a mental health condition or a family conflict contributing to their struggles within the family and/or school environment. Most of our youth are dependents of the court; however, some are wards of the court assigned a probation officer or youth from the Adoption Assistance Program. At CFPC, we recognize the challenges that parents and caretakers face and it is our goal to provide the best possible care and support for young men and women, allowing them to reunite with their families or to live a healthy, independent and productive lifestyle.
