At Centennial Pediatrics our mission is to advance the health of children in our community through exceptional care, patient and parent education and research. We want to serve as your child's medical home. We intend to improve quality of care, reduce health care costs, foster patient and family-centered care, and improve the coordination of care f... or your child. Care will be provided by a well-trained physician who is able to manage and facilitate all aspects of your child's care, including primary preventive care, sports physicals, special needs, acute care for childhood illnesses and injuries. We provide flu shots, vaccinations and allergy injections, and we offer diagnostic and treatment services including pediatric dermatology, ADD/ADHD evaluations, autism screenings, and prenatal consultation. Our fully-integrated health care delivery system is designed to help children realize their great potential for consciousness, empathy, caring and creativity. Many of our offices have weekend hours for sick visits, and at all our locations urgent after hours calls are answered by the Vanderbilt Nurse Triage answering service, with physicians from our practice on call for emergencies. We also have experienced hospitalist physicians who specialize in caring for children who require hospitalization. Although our individual offices together are able to share these benefits of a large practice, each office offers the same advantages of a small group practice. Your child will be seen for all well visits by their own primary care pediatrician, as well as for most sick visits. You are welcome to see any physician in the practice if there is an appointment available that is more convenient for you.
