Celissa is named after two very special women; Cecilie Meade and Melissa Blyth, the two most important people to the Celissa family. They are loving and supportive wives, and are extraordinary mothers, daughters and sisters; they are two beautiful human beings. It is their personal attributes that have laid the foundations for Celissa to be built u... pon. Attributes such as respect; honesty; integrity; humility and selflessness. It is our desire that our venues will in some way be reflections of these women, and customers and staff will feel these qualities when they enter our Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley establishments. At Celissa, we have learnt not to take life too seriously, nor for granted. It is clear to us that life is about having fulfilling and memorable experiences. It is about building rich, genuine family relationships and friendships through regular and meaningful social interactions. We believe in having fun and laughing excessively (with others and ourselves), and showing mutual respect to every walk of life.
