Since 1971, Celab has been at the forefront of applying advanced technology to increasing the reliability and performance of power supply units (PSUs). In 1990 the senior management bought the company from ABB, and the company is still run by owner directors. Building on our early experience of applying switch-mode PSUs to military applications, we... have achieved significant expansion into non-power products, especially for tough environments. As well as standard products for the CATV market, and 'design & build' specials, we offer a range of Electronic Manufacturing Services for high reliability small/medium batch requirements, manufactured in our purpose built 2000m2 facility. We are proud of our ISO 9001 design accreditation, but it is our staff who make the real difference. Our combination of training and undergraduate programmes ensures that existing staff continue to develop their skills, and new ideas are brought into the business.
