CEL Manufacturing was founded in 1995 as Cutting Edge Laser, Inc. with the objective of servicing Puget Sound's laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication requirements. From early on there was a commitment to equip the shop floor with the latest technology in metal processing equipment. Over the years CEL has continued to expand our metal working pr... ocesses while working to incorporate skilled staff and systems in concert with achieving our customer's goals. Originally CEL offered water jet and laser cutting services exclusively. Over the years we have added multiple operations to our capabilities and we now regularly produce complete and finished sheet metal assemblies for various applications, welded and finished products (ferrous and non ferrous), as well as parts and products produced with our in-house machining capabilities. Design and Engineering became critical to our operations around five years ago as we found many of our customers were benefitting from the cost savings that come from helping their parts and products be produced with less waste and assembled in fewer steps.
