CEFET

CEFET is a forum for all voluntary and community groups in the East Midlands who are interested in funding from Europe. Established in 1991, we have ensured that the take-up of European funds by the region's voluntary sector has increased each year. CEFET is a voluntary organisation and registered charity itself, with a membership of groups that re... flects the diverse nature of the sector in the region. We are funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) through Technical Assistance funding and through The Community Fund. CEFET is based in Nottingham but works throughout the East Midlands. Our management Committee is made up of representatives from across the region. You do not need to join CEFET to benefit from our services but the benefits of membership are summarised on the right. Currently annual membership is £40 per year and is only open to voluntary or community groups based or working in the East Midlands region. We are in the process of introducing an associate membership scheme which will allow smaller groups who are not yet "Europe-ready" and interested individual voluntary sector workers to join CEFET at a lower annual fee and organisations outside the sector, e.g. local authorities to become associate members at a slightly higher annual fee.Read More
