Owner Randy Moore has 33 year of experience in the construction industry. From 1977 to 1997 he worked with the International Union of Operating Engineers on varieties of heavy equipment. Servicing and running Cranes, D9 Push Cats, 651 Scrapers, 980 Loaders, and Caisson Rigs. In 1997 Randy began a new career in the Telecommunications industry. He ran a civil crew building, erecting and servicing cellular towers. He took the opportunity to start his own company and in February of 2000 and Emerald Wireless Communications was founded. Emerald Wireless has been working in the industry for nearly 11 years and continues to service their telecommunication clients. In October of 2008 in an effort to diversify and branch off into Green Energy Randy thought it best to start a new company with two divisions. Cedar Industries Incorporated was then formed. He thought it a natural transition to emerge into the Wind Industry and began hiring qualified individuals and obtained invaluable certifications that would bring quality and experience to all facets of work to be preformed.
