Established in 2001. We are a restaurant that showcases Filipino cuisine, hospitality, culture at a reasonable price. Serving classic favorites like "Lumpia"- mini eggrolls, "Adobo"- a soy/vinegar traditional dish. "Pancit" a filipino favorite noodle staple "Kare-kare" slow-cooked oxtail/brisket in peanut sauce, "Mechado" very tender brisket simmer... ed in tomato sauce, "Pinakbet" prawns and pork with tropical vegetable medley stir-fry. We also offer vegetarian, vegan and Gluten-free options. We have kids' approved menu like lumpia and rice, chicken skewer and rice, tenders and fries. Save room...and try our house-made desserts like "Leche Flan"-Spanish style custard, "Cassava" cake - made from yucca flour, "Biko"- sweet purple sticky rice and the ultimate Filipino dessert ,"Halo-Halo" fruits on shaved ice topped with fruits and tropical ice cream. It's everyone's dream to follow their passion and open their own business. So on February 9, few weeks before the Nisqually earthquake CEBU opened its doors to the public. We chose the name to pay homage to our ancestral roots and this special place we tied the knot many years ago.
