About CE Systems

In 2015, David Crowe founded CE-Systems to capitalize on opportunities in the Oil and Gas and develop new technologies to support the future needs utilizing his experience with aviation control systems. David's first job, upon graduating from the University of Arizona in 1989, was with Allied Signal Controls working with gas turbines for aviation. Through this experience and decades of engineering work in commercial aerospace and DOD work, his goal was to develop new products for industrial use. In 1996, David Crowe founded the engineering firm Tucson Embedded Systems (TES). Under his leadership, TES became a key provider of unique hardware and software solutions to defense, aerospace and commercial industries, creating innovative systems for the United States and its allies. Currently acting as the CEO of CE-Systems, David holds a bachelors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona. Under his leadership Elden has designed, implemented, tested, and documented many electrical and software control systems for jet, turboshaft, emergency oxygen, cabin pressure control, C4-ISR Surveillance, and medical systems, welding-laser control. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering. Software skills range from Assembly, C/C++, Java, Python, to SQL. Electrical Designs include switch mode power supplies, IIR filters, megawatt power switches and line synchronization. Communication protocols and channel encodings include Ethernet/IP/UDP/TCP, RS323, 422, 485, Arinc 429, QAM, UART, OOK, 1553 and phased array. Documentation sets include DO-178, and DO-160. His systems experiences have spanned ultra fast race cars, 20,000HP fracing systems, aircraft and helicopter engines and systems. Elden has strong interest in Space and Aerospace systems.Read More
