I founded CB Travel because I see a huge opportunity for inbound UK travel as a result of the successes of London 2012, in both traditional western markets and the emerging markets. The UK has never been better prepared to welcome our overseas guests. With a degree in languages (French and Italian), I worked for many years for a well respected Destination Management Company where I 'cut my teeth' handling top incentives for corporate groups, including the French TV company, TF1, and some major pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and GSK. I subsequently handled VIP groups over the London Olympics for the largest specialist inbound corporate and leisure Tour Operator in the UK. I am half Scottish, half English and I have travelled extensively in the UK as well as abroad. I have an in-depth knowledge and love of the British Isles and my 30 years of professional experience in the Travel Business have given me an address book of top quality suppliers and a 'know-how' that will provide you with an invaluable resource when choosing the UK as your destination.
