Cavins has completed projects for restaurants, doctors' offices, hospitals, mall retail spaces, office buildings, remodels of historic buildings, construction offices, building additions, concrete projects, commercial roof top decks, and more. Beyond Commercial Construction, we are an IICRC Certified Firm working in remediation, mold, air quality control, and carpet cleaning. Additionally, we support businesses with our full-service Commercial Maintenance, Plumbing Division, and our Commercial & Residential Roofing Group. We are able to be of service in all these ways because several years ago, we became a full-service Commercial General Contractor and began subbing out 90% of our work.
