We are a family owned catering company that provides well-balanced, nutritious, and high-quality food to child care centers and in-home child care providers within the Twin Cities metropolitan area. All food served will meet the standards set forth by the USDA and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines. Our food is made fresh daily in... -house and can include breakfast, snacks, and lunches. Our services are facilitated through two kitchen locations (i.e., Coon Rapids and Long Lake) that deliver directly to the surrounding areas. We ensure that the product is delivered on-time and at the required serving temperatures. Courtney and Emily Duffield purchased Catering with Care from another married couple who ran the business for over 30 years. The foundation of their success was their ability to develop and maintain meaningful and enduring working relationships with their customers. Our plan is to continue this legacy. Courtney is a classically trained former Sous-chef with an additional background in the hospitality and food sales industries. Emily has a background in childcare and clinical psychology, and has been busy raising our two rambunctious children as a stay-at-home-mom. Now, we are excited to take on this new endeavor and seek to do so with exceptional standards of integrity, work ethic, kindness and compassion.
