The initial stage of a project is the most important; to fully understand the task ahead and to create a solution to handle it. All key objectives need to be articulated, understood and agreed whilst the constraints need to be considered and prioritised. This stage concludes with a structure and process to move forward. Throughout the project we take responsibility for driving progress, representing the client where required in the design procurement and construction phases. Our holistic approach to delivery means our focus also includes issues outside the conventional workstreams such as governance, stakeholder management and team building. This end goal is the main consideration through the Define and Drive stages, but the final stage is where we deliver on that objective. Without delivery of the final facility, managed within business critical constraints, the project cant be considered a success.
