Cascade Bridge specializes in bridge construction and rehabilitation. Formed in 2001 by Dave Mingo and Rick Phillips, Cascade Bridge has built more than 110 projects throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho in its first 20 years. Cascade Bridge's bridge construction projects encompass multiple bridge types including precast girder, precast slab, cas... t-in-place box girder, cast-in-place flat slab, cast-in-place arch and steel girder bridges. Additional types of construction include retaining walls, soldier pile walls, tieback walls, mechanically stabilized earth walls, dams, pile driving, shoring, cofferdams, structural concrete slabs, seismic retrofits and micro silica/polymer overlays. Cascade Bridge has extensive experience building projects with multiple work locations, high traffic volumes on major freeways, close railroad proximity and complex existing/future utility networks. Cascade Bridge excel in bridges built over water using Cascade Bridge's company owned work bridge trestle system. While a majority of Cascade Bridge's work has been secured via the traditional bid-build delivery method, Cascade Bridge has extensive experience working on design-build projects.
