Carmen Casado has been practicing U.S. immigration law since 2004. Over the years she has assisted numerous world renowned athletes, artists, researchers, entrepreneurs and scientists to obtain immigration status based on their extraordinary abilities. She has also worked with many start-up technology companies to onboard staff, and has experience... litigating before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Carmen graduated from California Western School of Law magna cum laude with a full-ride (100% tuition) scholarship. There she served as Associate Editor of the CWSL International Law Journal, and a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team. She has authored and published several articles including one that was excerpted in International Law and World Order Thompson and West 4th Ed. Carmen is admitted to practice law in California and New York States. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and California Lawyers for the Arts. She has lived in the United States, Spain, the Dominican Republic and Chile, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is the daughter of a Spanish immigrant and holds dual citizenship with Spain.
