Established in 2011. Casa Rosa is nestled in a fenced and gated property on a rural, five acres. While being the perfect city escape, it remains within minutes of the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, they share the same street, and it is close to many shopping, dining, and leisure areas. Casa Rosa offers a variety of living capabilities with eight... een beds for fifteen rooms. Three rooms can be shared. Two room units are two bedroom; which allows for the combination of a bedroom, bathroom and a living room, or two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Rooms are equipped with a phone, cable television, and high-speed Internet. Natural lighting brightens the rooms with serene views--a few select rooms provide beautiful, ocean panoramas.
