A Caruana & Associates was originally founded in 1979 by the Chinelly family, managed by Anthony "Sonny" Caruana. Sonny and his wife Christine acquired the business in the mid 80s. In the early 90s, the office joined the franchise of Century 21 and continued to excel in their successes. As their family grew, their 2 children Sabrina Caruana and Mic... hael "Mickey" Caruana joined the brokerage and it became a family affair. During the housing crisis of the mid 2000's, the firm stepped away from the Century 21 franchise and did not miss a beat, charging through the downturn while so many others closed. As the years went on, the Caruana family members began to discuss retirement and Sabrina and Mickey's families grew, long time agent and close family friend, Peter Lloyd, took the opportunity to take over as President and Broker of record for A Caruana & Associates. Today, following in the footsteps of the Caruana's, Peter as the broker/owner has been joined by his daughter Nicole Lloyd (Rochford) in forging a family business. Peter has several agents who have been loyally with the company for over 20 years serving in capacities above and beyond just real estate sales.
