Carroll County Landscape, Inc. is a full service landscaping company with over thirty years of experience. A wide range of technical expertise enables us to implement all phases of a project from consultation and design to installation and maintenance. We work directly with architects or homeowners to achieve the desired results with consideration... to budget and schedule. Sensitivity to the inconsistencies of nature in our New England climate results in a great emphasis being placed on proper selection of plants that are tolerant or resistant to insects, diseases and other environmental constraints. Our lakes region properties are generally surrounded by woodlands. It is our intent to blend the disturbed house lot back into its surroundings. For this reason our style creates as natural a landscape as possible while meeting the needs of the homeowner. Carroll County Landscape, Inc. undertakes all phases of a project from design through implementation and maintenance. Our emphasis and greatest demand is in residential landscaping. Installation of walks, landings and terraces are done in brick, bluestone and concrete pavers. Creative boulder placements or stone retaining walls are constructed for grade changes or planting areas. Due to the nature of new construction many of our projects require a considerable amount of site preparation. Our own custom mix of soil which includes compost, loam and coarse sand, is used to restore the areas where construction has removed the most important element required for future plant health. A variety of trees, shrubs and perennials are utilized in our landscapes. Planting beds are mulched so as to decrease maintenance and improve the aesthetics and overall health of the plant material.
