Carriage Fine Dry Cleaning is a family-owned Charlotte dry cleaner. Owners Bill and Susan Ford opened the business in 1992 with their first location at the Arboretum Shopping Center. Bill followed in the footsteps of his father, Jack Ford, who owned a dry cleaning business when Bill was growing up in the small town of Jefferson, Texas. Bill's goal... was to combine quality dry cleaning and laundry service with superior service, all at an affordable price. While many Charlotte dry cleaners outsource their cleaning, Carriage Fine Dry Cleaning does its work right here in Charlotte at our own plant on Cross Beam Drive.
