Prior to working as an independent consultant, Carol worked in the public health sector for over 20 years. Here she held a number of senior general management positions including Director of Organisational Development and Training and Director of Nursing Services. Carol originally trained as a State Registered Nurse and a Psychiatric Nurse. A qualified hypnotherapist, Carol is an accredited trainer in Success Factor Modelling.
