She happens to be an actual performer as well, pursuing more creative arts in her spare time. During this time, she continued to participate in the family RE investments, obtaining her RE license in the state of Washington. She's an avid individual investor enjoying the design aspect of flipping properties. Her business school courses in negotiations has served her well in her many endeavors. She facilitates a majority of lending and debt sale transactions. Born to a successful businessman and entrepreneur in Hong Kong, Scholastica, a nurse practitioner by trade, has learned the business with her husband John. She is a a creative thinker and spearheads new projects and developments. Johanna went into computer engineering directly after graduating from Johns Hopkins. She propelled herself into technology marketing with an MBA from Kellog, working at Microsoft, then with MSFT as a consultant and contractor. She works behind the scenes, contributing immeasurable value to a variety of Caritas' needs that aren't client facing. John White, the patriarch, began his career as a civil engineer in the navy where he built bridges along with other important physical structures for the military.
