For more than a dozen years, AJ and his family have provided the best in home care services across Oregon. He and his wife and 7 children have spent 7 years living on the coast, 7 years living in the valley, and now reside in the countryside outside of Bend, Oregon. Sara has served in multiple capacities since 2012. She came as the Vice President f... or Security at a large regional bank, helping with fraud prevention, protecting seniors assets and educating them on fraud activities targeting the elderly. Sara brings vast experience in solving complex problems, innovation and challenging people to work to their highest potential. Sara oversees all daily operations for the agency, including managing administrative personnel, growth and strategy. Jeff brings a solutions-centered approach from his background in multiple industries to Caring for the Cascades with an emphasis on family connections. Jeff prides himself on always putting others first and strives to do so everyday for both our clients and employees. Hannah brings a caring, compassionate and clinical approach to her work at Caring for the Cascades. She comes to us from a rich background in individual empowerment and life coaching that makes both our clients and caregivers feel like they are her only priority. Crystal was locally born and raised in Bend, Oregon. Her interest in caregiving spanned most of her life, including earning her CNA, and graduating at the top of her class. In the facility she was employed with, she had a resident with whom she absolutely deeply connected. Shortly after, she was asked if she would be willing to move in with her and take care of her full time. Crystal felt blessed to be able to give her the peace she needed to go. She was hired this spring as a bilingual Spanish speaking caregiver at Caring for the Cascades, and also assists office tasks and scheduling.
