Career Connections

Career Connections is a boutique executive recruiting firm founded in 2005 with a core focus in Investment Management. Most of our assignments are marketing and sales positions within the fund distribution industry or financial advisors at leading brokerage firms. We are located in Tinton Falls, NJ, about an hour south of NYC and we have successful... ly completed over 250 assignments in major markets throughout the U.S. As a boutique agency, we focus on a limited number of simultaneous searches and that affords us the time to bring intense focus on our client's most pressing staffing needs. Our clients look to us to bring unknown highly qualified passive job seekers to the interview process. We utilize an extensive internal database of pre-screened candidates that has been built over the years as well as proactive recruiting and networking efforts.
